PAPER PRESENTATION

Maximum 3 members per team.
Abstract should describe about overview of the paper and it should not exceed 300 words. Send your abstract to werpkec@gmail.com on or before 04/08/2019.
Accepted papers will be intimated through their respective mail Id .
Selected candidates should bring their college identity card during the time of presentation.
The time consumption for the presentation and queries for each paper is 8 minutes and 2 minutes respectively.
At the time of presentation selected candidates should bring two hard copies and soft copy of their presentation .

POSTER PRESENTATION

Maximum 3 members per team.
Abstract should describe about theme of a poster and it should not exceed 300 words. Send your abstract to werpkec@gmail.com on or before 04/08/2019.
Shortlisted posters will be intimated through their respective mail Id .
Selected candidates should bring their college identity card during the time of presentation.
The poster should be legible includes complete methodology and results.
Time consumption for the presentation and queries is 8 minutes and 2 minutes respectively.
The posters will be judged based on creativity and innovation.

Shortlisted projects will be intimated through their respective mail Id .
Selected candidates should bring their college identity card during the time of presentation.
Explain your project clearly to the judges and answer for their queries.
Make sure your own computer can be setup to project properly, in case if you plan to have live demo.

Shortlisted multimedia will be intimated through their respective mail Id .
Selected candidates should bring their college identity card during the time of presentation.
Topic related to any issues regarding women empowerment.
The presentation should be of original content and not a downloaded one, failing which the candidates will be disqualified.
The teams need to bring their completed presentations on event day for about 5 minutes.
